Orroli \u00e8 uno dei piccoli comuni che costellano il territorio. Le profonde gole in cui scorreva il fiume Flumendosa sono oggi in gran parte sommerse dall&#8217;omonimo lago artificiale, mentre nel lato opposto del territorio grandi porzioni di superfici sono ricoperte dall&#8217;invaso artificiale del Mulargia. Questi laghi, realizzati negli anni &#8217;50, hanno mutato l&#8217;ambiente, diventando oggi un&#8217;importante risorsa. In paese c&#8217;\u00e8 una delle maggiori percentuali di centenari di tutta l&#8217;Italia, che fa di Orroli il paese dei \u201ccentenari\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Panificio artigianale Kentos\" width=\"696\" height=\"392\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/1ggBFTv-3NU?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019azienda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ad Orroli (CA) nel cuore del Sarcidano, in una piana coltivata a grano, opera il panificio artigianale Kentos nato dall\u2019idea di Viviana Sirigu di riprendere l&#8217;antica tradizione di panificazione con lievito madre e l&#8217;impiego di farine ottenute da grano biologico certificato variet\u00e0 Senatore Cappelli. Con il <em>Progetto Kentos &#8211; Il pane dei centenari<\/em> il panificio porta avanti la tradizione della panificazione locale. Anche la panificazione segue il metodo tradizionale che richiede circa 10 ore di lavorazione. Alla tradizionale tecnica di panificazione si aggiunge l\u2019utilizzo del grano duro Senatore Cappelli in regime biologico certificato. L&#8217;azienda agricola di famiglia insieme ad altri agricoltori locali hanno creato il Comitato del Grano Senatore Cappelli, volto a promuovere la variet\u00e0. Questo grazie alle tecniche di molitura della variet\u00e0 di grano duro Senatore Cappelli in regime biologico certificato.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Approccio di filiera locale: <\/strong>il panificio artigianale Kentos fa parte del Comitato del grano Senatore Cappelli &#8211; di cui Viviana \u00e8 presidente &#8211; che raccoglie 15 agricoltori che producono su superficie complessiva di circa 200 ettari. Kentos \u00e8 inoltre socio della cooperativa agricola S&#8217;Atra Sardigna, del GAL Sarcidano e del Consorzio Pane Carasau.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns
